Unfortunately our previous manufacturer stopped making strings completely.
We have taken some time to find a new supplier
who could continue to make strings to our specifications.

Double-ball strings are only available in round-wound stainless steel.

Long-scale strings are only available in round-wound stainless steel.

We have a very limited stock of short and medium scale strings only, including round-wound, flats, halves and black nylon.

These precision bass strings are NOT simply another
company's strings, re-packaged, with yet another label on the outside.
We have taken time to develop a unique range of strings to cater for any playing style.
All our stings are HAND-WOUND here in the UK.
All round, flat and half-wound strings are made from the finest stainless steel.


SINGLE-BALL STRINGS :
The range consists of Long, Medium and Short scale options.
The "speaking length" of single-ball strings is measured from the ball-end at the bridge
to the maximum useable part of the string past the top-nut.


LONG SCALE
Only round-wound or bronze acoustic strings are now available.
They have a 'working' length of 950mm ( 37 3/8" ) which makes them suitable for regular 34" scale basses,
most extra-long 35"+ scale basses and regular 34" basses with through-body stringing.
(Please check length to make sure they will work on your bass).

MEDIUM SCALE
(Limited stock available)
Round-wound, half-wound, flat-wound and black nylon strings are available.
They have a 'working' length of 882mm ( 34 3/4" ) which makes them suitable
for most 32" scale basses.
(Please check length to make sure they work on your bass).

SHORT SCALE
(Limited stock available)
Round-wound, half-wound, flat-wound or vintage black nylon strings are available.
They have a 'working' length of 832mm ( 32 3/4" ) which makes them suitable
for most 30" scale basses.
(Please check length to make sure they work on your bass).

DOUBLE-BALL STRINGS :
Only stainless steel round-wound strings are available.
All are hand-wound and manufactured to the industry standard double ball string length of
908mm (35 3/4") between the inside of each ball-end.

They should work perfectly on many Steinberger and other headless basses.

Please check the length to confirm as some models vary.

BULK ORDERS
Bulk orders have a saving of around 20% and are available
in Round-wound single-ball Premium Round-Core, Hex-Core and Double-Ball.
